On Sunday, March 30th, we kick off the holy Flemish cycling week with Gent-Wevelgem In Flanders Fields. Tadej Pogačar will take on Mads Pedersen, who could become co-record holder with a third victory.
Tadej Pogačar will be at the start of Gent-Wevelgem In Flanders Fields for the first time in his career. The world champion will be joined by Tim Wellens and Florian Vermeersch at UAE Team Emirates XRG. Their biggest challenger can be found in the Lidl-Trek camp. Mads Pedersen will aim to join the select group of record holders with a third victory. The Dane will line up alongside Jasper Stuyven, Jonathan Milan, and Mathias Vacek.
With Biniam Girmay, Alexander Kristoff, and John Degenkolb, respectively, Intermarché – Wanty, Uno-X Mobility, and Team Picnic PostNL also have a former winner in their ranks.
