Road  15/04/2024

On Sunday 21 April, Ypres is the setting for the very first edition of the Gent-Wevelgem Youth Day. With the start and finish of five races in the City of Peace, youth cycling is occupying centre stage for the whole day.

For the first time, youth riders are getting their own Gent-Wevelgem Youth Day. Five races will be taking place on Sunday 21 April: Men U17 (Katjeskoers) & Women U17, Men U19 (GP André Noyelle) & Women U19 and Men U23 (Kattekoers). After a team presentation, each race kicks off at the Grote Markt in Ypres. The finish of each race is on the Rijselstraat. As a cycling fan, you do not have to miss a second of the spectacle. Thanks to the Proximus Pickx livestream, each of the races can be followed online.
