Ypres

Do you live nearby? If so, just head to Grote Markt on foot. The station is within walking distance and the bicycle parking is also nearby.

The centre of Ypres is easily accessible by bike. There will be a bike parking in the parking lot De Kolve in Sint-Jacobsstraat. Please note that the bike stall is not guarded, so be sure to bring your lock to leave your bike safely.

Ypres railway station is within walking distance from our start site on the Grote Markt. Be sure to check the train timetable to Ypres and track without parking problems to the start of Gent-Wevelgem.

Are you coming by car? We will provide a public car park on Oudstrijderslaan and Rijselsepoort. This car park is accessible via exit 4 Ypres Centre. From there just follow the signs. Or leave your car in the car park at Ypres station (Tulpenlaan), which is within walking distance, and where you can also park for free on Sundays.

We make sure that Gent-Wevelgem in Flanders Fields is as accessible as possible for cycling fans. So also for visitors with special needs and wishes. For this we work together with Inter, to make the experience for people with disabilities as optimal as possible.
